Kiddo Kastle delivers kids’ toys, Games and essentials across Pakistan through trusted courier and delivery partners.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. During sales, holidays, or busy periods, processing may take longer.
We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order, address, or Cash on Delivery details.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time:
• Major cities: 2–5 business days
• Other areas: 3–7 business days
• Remote areas: Delivery may take additional time
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.
If additional charges apply to remote areas, we will inform you before dispatch.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and orders. We may confirm COD orders through phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number.
FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Repeated fake, refused, or unconfirmed orders may be restricted.
DAMAGED PARCEL
If your parcel or product arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or video.
Our team will review the issue and guide you regarding replacement, return, or refund.
