PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION
We try to display accurate product photos, descriptions, prices, colors, sizes, and availability. Product colors may look slightly different depending on your screen or lighting.
We may update product information, prices, or availability when required.
ORDERS
An order is confirmed after acceptance by Kiddo Kastle. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify your order, address, or Cash on Delivery details.
We may cancel an order if:
• The product is unavailable.
• Product information or price contains an error.
• The order appears suspicious or fraudulent.
• The customer cannot be contacted.
• Delivery is not available to the provided location.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Available payment methods will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch. Customers must provide accurate billing and delivery information.
PRODUCT SAFETY
Parents or guardians should check the recommended age, instructions, warnings, and suitability of each toy before giving it to a child.
Some toys may contain small parts that can create a choking risk. Children should use toys under suitable adult supervision where required.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery, cancellation, return, replacement, and refund requests are handled according to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Kiddo Kastle name, logo, website content, photos, graphics, and original text may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers must provide a correct name, phone number, complete address, and accurate order details.
Repeated fake, refused, or unconfirmed orders may be restricted.
LIMITATION
Kiddo Kastle is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, incorrect customer information, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms removes any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
